Please send us a photo or video as proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If a parcel is sent using a method that results in such fees, we may be unable to process the return.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code to follow your delivery.
