All deliveries are handled directly by our store. We take full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you safely.
2.2 Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time within Australia is 3–7 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
2.3 Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

We aim to deliver within the stated time frame.
If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Receiving Your Product

Simply provide a photo or video as proof.

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
5.3 Return Shipping & Customs Fees
Return parcels must be sent using a method that does not impose customs or import charges on us.
If a parcel is returned using a method that results in additional fees, we may be unable to process the return.
5.4 Refunds
Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
